Together they hold every token that sits in a wallet. The creator named the coin "SNIPER TEST - DO NOT BUY #3", and the same wallets show the same pattern on other SNPTEST coins, so this looks like a test setup. Even so, anyone buying would be trading against one group that holds about a fifth of the supply.
